Job Description:

• Assist Manager to develop and manage digital campaign or creative requests from clients.
• Work closely with operation team on campaign or creative execution, to ensure clear and
professional communication between clients and internal teams.
• Proactively provide strategies and insights for clients to improve campaign performance.
• Assist Manager to prepare proposals, contracts, order forms, invoices and other business
related documentations.
• Understand Google marketing platform (GMP) products and services and be able to
present the features and benefits to clients.
• Perform basic ad operations work.
• Execute the account plan set by management for all strategic clients.
• Assist Finance with both the verification of invoices and collection.
• Assist in managing company’s marketing channels

Job Requirements:

• University degree holder
• Be willing to develop career within digital marketing field and have clear career goal and
keep making efforts to it
• Excellent professional written and communication skills in English and Chinese
• Excellent presentation skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks with priority
• Strong attention to details and organizational skills
• Solid knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
